Gold Medal 18" x 18" humidified pretzel merchandiser. 18" wide pretzel with "Simplex" humidity system. Rotating rack holds 30-40 jumbo pretzels. Uses tap water - no floats to lock up. Cap tube thermometer to keep you informed of the inside cabinet temperature, while two powerful 40 watt lights keep the interior brightly illuminated.
