Clowns4Kids is great! Dino from Magical Productions provided excellent customer service and was incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Glen Oaks Club rented a rock climbing wall for Memorial Day, and it was a huge hit with the kids! I would definitely recommend Clowns4Kids for your next event. 10/10 experience!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Clowns 4 Kids.I booked this event months in advance based on the excellent service I received from the company for a Halloween event last year. Unfortunately, this experience was the complete opposite.Communication leading up to the event was extremely poor. About an hour before the party was scheduled to begin, I called to get an estimated arrival time for the bounce house and carnival game setup. The dispatcher repeatedly assured me they were in contact with the driver, that the equipment was on its way, and that it would arrive shortly. I relied on those assurances while guests were arriving for an event I had spent months planning.As time passed and no one arrived, I was forced to call the company's emergency number. The person who answered seemed irritated that I was calling and informed me that they had actually been unable to reach the driver and had no idea where the crew was. This was completely different from what the dispatcher had been telling me. I ultimately had to contact the driver myself, only to learn that dispatch had sent them to Nassau County for another delivery first, despite knowing this would make them seriously late to my event. Being given inaccurate information and having to track down the driver myself was incredibly frustrating and made an already stressful situation even worse. I did not appreciate being misled about the status of my order.The staff ultimately arrived about 30 minutes after the event had already started, and they still needed additional time to unload and set up the equipment. They also arrived without tables or table covers for the Carnival booth, forcing me to provide them myself at the last minute and run around making sure everyhting is ready for the space full of kids who were getting very impatient.One of the biggest issues was that nobody informed me during the booking process that the bounce house, carnival booth, and popcorn machine would likely require a generator. Had I been told, I would have rented one immediately. Instead, the equipment repeatedly blew our fuses throughout the event, causing the inflatables to collapse multiple times with kids trapped inside and disrupting the party. The popcorn machine was not fully operational until well into the event, and the cotton candy service that was included in the package never happened at all.While the two staff members present worked as fast as they could, they were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, spending the entire event trying to manage problems rather than providing the experience that was promised.What is even more disappointing is the lack of response afterward. The event took place last week, after months of planning and preparation. I sent an email detailing my concerns and requesting that the company address the situation. When I received no response, I followed up again. To date, no one has responded to either email.The combination of poor communication, misleading information, late arrival, missing services, inadequate preparation, and complete lack of follow-up has made this one of the most disappointing experiences I have had with an event vendor. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience and I'll make sure to warn others not to use them in the future.

Dino and his crew are amazing! their set up was quick and efficient as well as breakdown. Our 6-8th graders absolutely loved the sumo suits and the knockout attraction. Highly recommended for your next carnival or field days!

Shout out to Magical Productions! Hired Cheryl the stilt walker and she was phenomenal! She knew how to improvise and ad lib on the spot. She was colorful and animated and a joy to work with. The kids loved her and the adults found her hysterical. She added so much to our program. This company was reasonably priced and always picked up the phone and/or returned my call promptly. Looking forward to working with them again in the near future.

I rented the mechanical bull for my birthday 7/5 and it was everything! Dino was very friendly and professional! I appreciate him. Communication was great. Service was great, the guys were very nice respectful. I have no complaints. My party was amazing! And the bull was the highlight! I was so happy. I would 10/10 reccomend! Will look into using Dino for other services. !!

We rented the mechanical bull for a birthday/graduation/summer party and wow….the kids absolutely loved it, like any good feral child would. The staff though, they were so wonderful, very professional, and kind. Francis even helped my son get untangled from his bike chain…when he decided to where a ghillie suit while riding it. We couldn’t have been happier with the service and turnout from start to finish.

I’ll first start by saying how convenient and helpful Clown4Kids Inc was, Dino was very helpful from the moment I called to inquire about their services and he worked with me so well. Not to mention it was a very last minute booking but turned out as if it was planned in advance with their great customer service. We had Sony the clown show up for our daughter’s birthday party and I cannot express how grateful I am for his wonderful service. From the moment Sony walked into the room he had all the kids attention and going till the time he ended the show. I don’t know what I would have done without Sony’s help to entertain these kids. lol …….. definitely will book again in the future with you guys. And I highly recommend Sony the clown to everyone. You were absolutely awesome Sony. Thank You Guys

Dino was AMAZING! We rented from another company for a convention and the item they showed up with looked like they picked it up off the side of the road. We were devastated and felt we had absolutely NO time to try and find another activation for our event. Luckily, I was able to find Clowns4Kids! Not only did they deliver THE SAME DAY, the Claw Machine they delivered was amazing, worked well and looked brand new! And lets not forget the customer service was stellar, and the delivery team was courteous and professional! Thank you guys so much! Clowns4Kids will 100% be my go-to vendor any time we are in NYC!

I can't recommend this slide enough! Its beyond awesome! I've used it for children ages 5 to 30+, and yes - everyone is a child when going on this slide. You just have such an awesome time! Its so much fun to race. Easy to climb the stairs up. And my setup team was fantastic! As I said, I can't recommend this slide enough!

We had an event scheduled for 3/30/24 for a birthday party at the Bronx. The clown arrived without the character we picked. When I asked if there’s a character that comes with the package he told me there was one never listed. When initially calling to schedule the booking I was Unsure on which character to pick I told the lady I’ll call back when I decide. I called back 2-3 days later and spoke with a gentle man and told him we chose little pony. So for the clown to tell me this wasn’t written down was very upsetting. I’m also very upset because the package we paid for the clown did not use any bubble machine or play the parachute game. He did not acknowledge the birthday girl or have any clown style. He left early when the package duration was set for 2 hours. When I called And complained the following day I spoke With a lady who confirmed that there was no character written down and told me when they called to confirm the previous day of the party I shouldve Said something, how? If I’m thinking you guys had the character I called in for. I was Told the boss will call me back and I never Received a call back and it’s now a month later. False advertisement on website

We hired a clown for a 5K race to entertain the kids which did a fun run. Mickaela was wonderful. She entertained the kids and dispensed cotton candy, animal balloons and also did some face painting. We had a much larger crowd than expected as we had anticipated about 25 kids and we ended up with 45. Mickaela was great and was able to interact with all the kids even though it was more than she usually handles at private parties. We were very happy and the kids feedback was smiles all around. We are looking forward to hiring Clowns4Kids again next year for the Massapequa Firecracker 5K and Fun Run.

The monster truck inflatable was the perfect addition for my son’s monster jam birthday! It was larger than life and everyone loved it. It was great working with the team as well, from the booking to the setup/take down, everything was great!

The team at Clowns4Kids are AMAZING!! We rented an ice cream cart which they had wrapped with our branding, it looked amazing!! Desiree was such a pleasure to work with, took such great care of us. The entire team was great keeping us informed on all delivery and pickup times. We couldn't be happier with their service. We can't wait to work with them again.

Clowns4Kids is the best. They helped me pick out the bouncy house for my son’s birthday party, they were super responsive, and their pickup/drop-off crews were fantastic and professional. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for child entertainment.

We used them for our TMNT themed party and couldn’t be happier. The kids LOVED the jumper. The service was quick and easy. The delivery guys showed up on time, were professional and set everything up with ease. They picked up a little later than they scheduled the next day but the birthday boy was able to get some extra jump time in so it worked out for us. Will definitely be booking again!

Communication is probably a 2 star. But, they got the job done. I think my main concern was that they delivered over 2 hours late and was ignoring my calls. I used a colleague's phone to call and they immediately answered. There was no communication that they would be late, there was no communication that they were on there way. The delivery guy shows up, high mind you, and with an attitude. They then asked me if they can change the pick up from before 9am the next day to the evening of my event. They never showed or called. They ended up coming next day after the original pick up time. They kind of just do whatever they want really.

We rented the Mini Golf for our Church fundraiser. The staff who came to set up was very professional and efficient. The 9 hole golf course is amazing and helped our event become a success...We are using them again this year!

5 star service with great equipment, we will definitely use again!!Dino was a pleasure to deal with and incredibly accommodating to our strict delivery schedule, he even rearranged the delivery free of charge when we had to change the day. We rented a Pac-man machine and Arcade driving game and both worked perfectly and were a massive hit at our carnival!The price quoted included delivery and setup, the two gentleman who setup the equipment suggested the best area to place it and then completed the setup swiftly.Looking forward to working with them at our next event and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and competitive vendor!

I do not like to write bad reviews because I do not believe in making someone's business look bad. HOWEVER!!! I am truly appalled by the service I received from Clowns4kids. I was very excited to do business with them as their website is very easy to navigate and their prices were very reasonable. I spoke with two different people on several different days and I am yet to have a conversation that felt as though it got somewhere. This was a time sensitive matter that I needed to get handled swiftly and that did not happen at all. I have been communicating with them via phone, and email and the service is truly horrible. I believe I was on hold more than I actually spoke with someone. It started to feel like they simply did not want to do business with me, and if that is the case they could have simply said we are completely booked for that day instead of having me call day after day trying to get a booking finalized. Their service truly needs some work.

We've been using this company for 5 years. My kids love the bounce houses and I love the professionalism of the company. Bounce houses are always clean and ready to use. My kids are always happy and excited to play in them. I, myself, being an adult, have also played in a few. 100% recommended 👌

I rented a ping pong table for a party. Their price was very reasonable compared to other companies. They even delivered it a day earlier, for convenience since a driver was in my area that day, and there was no additional charge. Also the pick up and delivery were seamless. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent company! I booked the Mechanical Bull for my daughters Hoedown Bridal shower and they were amazing. Dave is fantastic and very responsive. He communicated with me along the way as we initially had to cancel our first date due to Covid. The attendants for the bull were great. They made us feel comfortable and safe as we rode the bull. It was such a huge hit for all the guests! I will definitely be using Magical Productions again especially for that BULL!

I want to thank Magical Productions for their superb service. This past weekend I celebrated my son’s first birthday and it is because of them it was so special. We did the exotic zoo and pony ride. The guy who came to install it left it well organized. Also he explained us well how to use it. This will be our second time using their services. Had an amazing experience. Rented the slush machine. They came right when I asked and taught me how to use the machine. Was allowed to keep it overnight at no additional cost since nobody rented it for the following day. A batch of mixes were included and the drinks were amazing.

Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. We needed a dunk tank last minute for our Employee Appreciation event (don't worry, only managers went in there!) after another company bailed on us last minute. These guys were able to accommodate us with a delivery just days before our party and they showed up on time, set up quickly and were super nice! 🙂

I rented the dual lane slip and slide from Magical Productions. The slide is even better in person than the pictures online. My group had so much fun. It 100% exceeded our expectations and the price was great. The staff was early to set it up and very professional. I would highly recommend Magical Productions. I already have plans to rent from them again.

The mechanical bull was a great hit at our party last week. Price was good but did not get my 4 hours out of it. Disappointed that they came late to set up which unfortunately set my party back about an hour, which was an inconvenience. I was told by the set up crew they would stay to make up the time but the guy controlling the bull did not stay. Too bad Dave (who you book with) doesn’t stay in contact with you during or after the event to make sure all went well. I’ve had many people asking for his number too.

First and foremost I was in love with this site from the day I found it. But unfortunately I didn’t get what I ordered the day of my event. I kept a Barbie party for my toddler, when I saw the purple ball pit I’m like yea it’s ago. I was quoted a price and I agreeD. the day of my party when I arrived two young men was putting up a yellow/red/green ball pit like what the hell. I called the company and the owner insist that we never discuss the 15x15 ball pit. Mind you I call these ppl everyday to confirm my order and to make sure they are coming. He even mention that it’s a three year old party why would I want 15x15 he wouldn’t suggest that. But it’s my money so don’t assume anything for me if I’m paying. Either the purple ball pit wasn’t available or these ppl assume my yard wasn’t big enough for a 15x15 ball pit. I’m highly disappointed, never ever limit your customers if you made a mistake then own up to it. Because I know what I ordered. I wish I could post a picture of my party theme smh.

Our agency hired Dave with Magical Productions to create an exclusive custom ice cream for our client - McDonald's. We had a confidential product promo for a new McFlurry and were able to work with Dave at such ease. He was a great partner throughout the entire process and very flexible and accessible. My wife and I rented a 3-in-1 bouncy house from Magical Productions and it was great!!! Their wide selection was hard to narrow down because of all the options available. Dave and his Staff are wonderful to work with, their personalities help to make the event much nicer and it goes smoother. We had a Giant Slide and Monster Truck Jumper, both were beautiful and well structured for our teen population. The population at this event are children with Special Needs and both, Eddie and Cameron treated them with kindness. I have used Magical Productions in the past and will continue to do so.
